Client Nurture Assistant – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Client Nurture Assistant to support our growing real‑estate and residential‑construction business. You will turn inbound inquiries and database contacts into qualified conversations and booked appointments, handling outreach via phone, text, and email while keeping our CRM up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads and database entries to generate qualified conversations.
• Schedule appointments and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Manage outreach across phone, SMS, and email channels.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure the pipeline stays current.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence.
• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or client nurturing.
• Background in real estate, mortgage, construction, or home‑improvement is preferred.
• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM is a plus.
