Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer will be the first point of contact for clients at dBrokerage’s new Islamabad office. This role combines front‑desk duties with coordination of property viewings and client communications, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet clients in person, handling enquiries professionally.
• Explain dBrokerage’s services and property‑listing process to prospective clients.
• Address initial questions and concerns from buyers and owners.
• Schedule property viewings, consultations and internal meetings.
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate information flow between management, agents, clients and other parties.
• Update and verify property listings to keep information current.

Required profile

• Fluent and articulate in English and Urdu.
• Professional appearance and strong telephone etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Dependable, responsible and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, front‑desk or sales coordination is preferred.
