Clinic Scheduling & Operations Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Clinic Scheduling & Operations Specialist to support our remote Global Talent Hub in Pakistan. Reporting to the Senior Care Coordinator, you will ensure smooth ABA scheduling, client onboarding, wait‑list tracking and data reporting across multiple clinic locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ABA scheduling for all clinic sites, maintaining accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintain and update wait‑list tracking across locations.
• Support client onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Generate and maintain operational data reports.
• Provide credentialing support and assist with day‑to‑day clinic administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of administrative or U.S. healthcare support experience, preferably in ABA or behavioral health.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote‑work setup.
• Availability for 8 hours overlap with U.S. working hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CentralReach.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets and database systems.
• Familiarity with electronic record platforms such as Fusion.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and HIPAA compliance.
