Cold Calling Representative – English Speaking (Night Shift)

About the role

Blueclays, a Google Partner and CIM AI Marketing certified agency, is looking for an English‑speaking Cold Calling Representative to join its business development team in Lahore. The role focuses on generating leads for website development, digital marketing, and medical billing services across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads using provided lists and CRM tools.
• Qualify prospects by assessing their web, digital marketing, or medical billing needs.
• Communicate service offerings and value proposition professionally.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos for senior sales team members and keep CRM records up to date.
• Follow call scripts and objection‑handling frameworks while adapting to customer cues.
• Achieve daily and monthly call, contact, and appointment‑setting targets and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation in a services environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening with a professional phone manner.
• Fluent English suitable for international clients (UK, Canada, Australia, Asia).
• Ability to qualify leads quickly, handle objections confidently, and meet metrics‑driven targets.
• Persistence, resilience, and the capacity to follow scripts while personalising conversations.
