Cold Email Specialist – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

Cosmo Inc. is seeking a results‑driven Cold Email Specialist to design and execute personalized outbound email campaigns that spark genuine conversations, generate qualified leads, and consistently book meetings with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and launch cold email sequences targeting key decision‑makers.
• Research prospects and personalize messaging at scale.
• Segment lead lists by industry, role, and intent.
• Set up and manage email outreach tools such as Snov and Apollo.
• Monitor deliverability, including domain warm‑up and inbox placement.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sequences.
• Track and report metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive responses, and booked calls.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with offers and ideal customer profiles.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in cold email outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and convey complex services.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
