Cold Outreach Dialer – GMB & Landing Page Campaigns

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking full‑time Cold Outreach Dialers to support Google My Business (GMB) and landing page campaigns. Based on‑site in Lahore, you will call prospective and existing clients, introduce our medical billing and revenue‑cycle services, and guide them toward GMB and landing‑page solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following structured scripts to generate and qualify leads.
• Capture lead information, document call outcomes, and update the CRM or tracking tools.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and provide feedback on campaign performance.
• Support follow‑up activities to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication, adhere to compliance protocols, and meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (healthcare, technology or service sectors preferred).
• Strong communication, customer‑service, research and community‑outreach abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, collaborate across functions, and meet call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Minimum education at intermediate/associate or bachelor’s level in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
