Compliance & Incorporation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Compliance & Incorporation Specialist to manage company incorporations, corporate compliance, and regulatory documentation. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements while coordinating with Saudi Embassy and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company incorporation, registration, and corporate restructuring processes in line with applicable laws.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain statutory filings and records for FBR, SECP and other regulatory bodies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal, corporate, and compliance documentation, including Saudi Embassy attestations.
• Liaise with the Saudi Embassy and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and meet compliance deadlines.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines, legislative updates, and statutory obligations.
• Maintain accurate compliance records while ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Identify compliance risks and support implementation of effective regulatory practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate compliance, company incorporation, legal documentation or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate laws, registration procedures and statutory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience working with the Saudi Embassy, FBR and other relevant authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, documentation and time‑management abilities.
• Availability to work Saudi business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM KSA Time).
