Content Writer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Writer to join our Islamabad office. You will craft clear, engaging, and accurate copy for our website, property listings, brochures, social media and marketing campaigns, helping our real‑estate clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Research real‑estate trends and market dynamics to produce fact‑based content.
• Interview internal stakeholders to gather project details and client benefits.
• Write and edit website pages, blog posts, property descriptions, brochures, and social‑media copy.
• Proofread all materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
• Maintain and update content calendars, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong web, blog and social‑media copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience in content planning, calendar management and aligning deliverables with marketing goals.
• Proficiency in research and fact‑checking, especially in real‑estate and property markets.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital‑marketing concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using standard office and content tools such as word processors, presentation software and CMS platforms.
