Contract Attorney – Remote Legal Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract Attorney to join a leading technology and internet company on a contract basis. The successful candidate will independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, licenses, and other legal documents.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contractual arrangements.
• Ensure all agreements comply with relevant statutes and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Provide clear, concise legal advice on contract‑related matters.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of experience specializing in contract law.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
