Creative Designer for Google Ads & E‑commerce

About the role

OAK Media is expanding its in‑house team and is looking for a full‑time Creative Designer to craft high‑performing static and video ad creatives for e‑commerce brands running on Google Ads and YouTube Ads. You will work closely with media buyers and landing‑page builders, turning ad angles and offers into scroll‑stopping creative.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ad formats (Display, Demand Gen, banner) and produce short‑form video ads for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Translate media‑buyer briefs into finished creative, including hooks, UGC‑style edits, product‑focused cuts, and testimonial ads.
• Edit raw footage (client‑supplied UGC, product shoots, AI‑generated content) into ready‑to‑run variations.
• Align visual language between ads and landing pages to ensure a consistent funnel experience.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data, retiring under‑performing assets and scaling winning variations.
• Maintain an organized creative library by client, angle, and format for rapid reuse and testing.
• Stay up‑to‑date on e‑commerce ad trends, hook styles, pacing, and native versus polished looks.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑response ad creative for paid social or search.
• Strong video editing capabilities and static design expertise.
• Experience working with e‑commerce/DTC brands.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with media buyers and landing‑page teams.
• Eye for native‑looking ads that capture attention.
