Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Wonder Craftz is looking for a results‑driven Customer Sales Representative to handle both inbound and outbound sales activities during peak demand periods, marketing campaigns, and new onboardings. You will explain the Tameer.ai platform, qualify leads, and convert prospects into satisfied customers while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns.
• Explain Tameer.ai platform features, AI tools, and service packages clearly.
• Qualify prospects, including buyers, investors, and contractors.
• Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Upsell or cross‑sell additional services when appropriate.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfort explaining digital products and AI solutions.
• Flexibility to work on‑call hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
