Customer Service Executive – On-site, Lahore

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will join Cosmos International’s Lahore office to provide timely and courteous support to clients via phone, email and chat. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality service while adhering to company standards and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries, document issues and ensure accurate follow‑up until resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams and track progress.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Cosmos International’s services and processes.
• Meet or exceed quality and performance targets set by the organization.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service procedures and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer service role; IT‑BPO experience is a plus.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, communications or related field is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible and night shifts and collaborate in a diverse, team‑oriented setting.
