Customer Service Officer – Sales

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a Customer Service Officer – Sales to act as the face of the company for property buyers. You will guide clients through property selections, conduct site visits, and ensure deals are closed efficiently, delivering a seamless experience. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to Zameen.com’s growth in the real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief them on relevant property units.
• Provide property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and drive timely closure of sales.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong communication skills and passion for sales and customer service.
