Customer Service Representative – After‑Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to handle post‑sales interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients after a sale, ensuring a smooth experience and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing timely updates on requests or service status.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, complete required paperwork and prepare reports.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaborate within a team.
