Customer Service Representative – Online Furniture Retail

About the role

Love Furniture is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join its online furniture team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across the UK and Ireland, helping them with product queries, order tracking, and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone and live chat.
• Provide detailed information on products, stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Resolve delivery issues, returns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication.
• Update order statuses, track shipments and manage returns or exchanges in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.
