Customer Service Representative – Rotational Shifts

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a fast‑paced support environment. The role requires flexibility to work rotational shifts and a quick‑thinking mindset to handle a variety of guest inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality support through chat, email, and phone channels.
- Assist guests with administrative and account‑related queries.
- Communicate promptly, clearly, and accurately to resolve concerns efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong English writing and speaking abilities with a neutral accent.
- Ability to write error‑free English.
- Good typing speed and willingness to learn new systems.
- Flexibility to manage different shift timings.
