Customer Service Sales Representative – Truck Dispatching

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our US‑based truck dispatching campaign operating from our Lahore office. You will contact owner‑operators and fleet owners across North America, present our dispatch services and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective owner‑operators and trucking companies in the US and Canada.
• Present and pitch dispatch services, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow‑ups.
• Understand carrier preferences such as routes, load types and rates per mile to offer tailored solutions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a US/Canada truck dispatching sales campaign is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong persuasive abilities.
• Availability to work the night shift (5 PM – 1 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• Highly punctual and dedicated work ethic for night‑shift operations.
