Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sales journey for our enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders ranging from QA engineers to CIOs and CTOs, driving adoption, retention, and growth across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as the primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead implementation kick‑offs, define success milestones, and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Monitor usage and health scores, run quarterly business reviews, and proactively address at‑risk accounts.
• Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate ROI.
• Partner with Sales to drive renewals, upsells, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Capture customer feedback and feature requests to inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Develop customer champions and secure references, case studies, and testimonials.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client‑facing role.
• Proven experience with enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
