Customer Support Officer – FinTech

About the role

Nova Finance is looking for energetic Customer Support Officers to join its on‑site team in Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for users of the company’s fintech products, helping them create accounts, resolve technical issues, and complete transactions smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about fintech product features, account setup, and transaction problems.
• Guide users through account creation, verification, and payment processes.
• Troubleshoot technical glitches and payment failures with patience.
• Escalate complex financial or technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily performance targets such as call handling time and quality scores.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Intermediate/A‑Levels or a Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Problem‑solving ability, patience, and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
