Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join Precise Solutions as a Customer Support Representative, providing on‑site assistance to U.S.-based clients from our Lahore office. You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, ensuring swift resolution and a positive experience that aligns with client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot routine account, billing, and service issues.
• Document all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve productivity and quality KPIs such as AHT, first‑contact resolution, and CSAT.
• Follow established scripts, SOPs, and quality checklists consistently.
• Participate in training sessions, feedback meetings, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English with clear American pronunciation.
• Customer‑focused attitude, empathy, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively, pay attention to detail, and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training and teamwork activities.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or comparable ticketing platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web browsers.
• Accurate typing and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
