Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative to handle client inquiries across multiple channels. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and professional communication while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Provide regular updates on account status, payments, and service changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and documentation.
• Assist customers with statements, receipts, and related paperwork.
• Follow up on pending requests and complaints until resolved.
• Share project or service updates through approved channels.
• Conduct in‑office meetings with customers when required.
• Prepare service reports and give feedback to management.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service, or client relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM or other customer‑management systems.
