Data Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Data Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets used in AI and machine learning models. The role focuses on quality checks, error correction, and validation of outputs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual reviews of AI‑generated data to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or biases.
• Correct and annotate data points to improve model performance and reliability.
• Validate datasets against predefined quality criteria and business requirements.
• Document data issues and resolutions for future reference and team transparency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to engineering and product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data annotation, labeling, or quality‑assurance processes.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data‑visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets.
• Effective written and verbal communication for reporting issues and solutions.
