About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to join a global technology leader. The position is fully remote and focuses on building, training, and optimizing AI models while evaluating their performance against real‑world benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct systematic evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce clear explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to extract insights from public databases and apply business sense to analysis.
• Strong debugging skills and a habit of producing thorough technical documentation.
• Excellent written communication, especially in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
