About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to join a leading technology company on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on developing, training, and optimizing AI models while evaluating performance and providing detailed analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct systematic evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with defined criteria.
• Create comprehensive explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including building and curating task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical abilities to extract insights from public data sources.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting reasoning in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
• Attention to detail in bug fixing and technical documentation.
