About the role
Pizzaonline is looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor to lead its delivery team in Lahore. You will be responsible for ensuring fast, accurate, and customer‑focused deliveries while maintaining high safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily delivery operations and monitor rider performance.
- Manage rider schedules, attendance, and on‑time delivery metrics.
- Resolve customer delivery issues and complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Track and report delivery performance data.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience as a Delivery Supervisor in the restaurant or QSR industry.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
