About the role

Join ThinkAbroad to guide students through every step of their study‑abroad journey, from initial inquiry to securing a visa. You will play a pivotal role in helping future global citizens achieve their educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students on key study destinations and provide accurate information on courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Manage the end‑to‑end student journey, from inquiry through application to visa processing.
• Maintain detailed records using CRM systems and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Represent ThinkAbroad at education fairs, seminars, and partner events.
• Stay updated on student visa processes and application cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in international education or counselling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of student visa processes and application cycles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
