Email Outreach Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Email Outreach Intern to support our cold‑outreach efforts. The 2‑month fixed internship is part‑time and based in Lahore, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid setup based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective businesses and decision‑makers.
• Send personalized outreach emails following company guidelines.
• Maintain and update lead databases using Microsoft Excel.
• Track email campaigns, follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets as assigned.

Required profile

• Students or fresh graduates seeking an entry‑level internship.
• Strong written English communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using Gmail or Outlook for email communication.
• Excellent internet research, organization and time‑management skills.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude and ability to follow instructions.
