About the role

The English‑speaking Night Shift Limousine Service Agent works on‑site in Lahore, handling inbound calls and messages from limousine clients. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, managing bookings and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and drivers during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from limousine service clients in English.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate pick‑up and drop‑off details with customers and drivers.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the company’s CRM/booking system.
• Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues when required.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑service experience in call centres, hospitality or transportation.
• Ability to work night shifts on‑site in Lahore.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and a calm, courteous attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or booking software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
