Enterprise Account Manager (Government) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of government contracts for a global software development leader. Working remotely, you will partner with federal, state, and local agencies to promote adoption of our enterprise platform and ensure compliance with public‑sector procurement rules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies targeting government stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across all levels of government.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to tailor solutions that meet public‑sector procurement requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to government contracting regulations, reporting standards, and compliance obligations.
• Track pipeline health, manage contract renewals, and report on revenue growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in government sales, business development, or account management.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. federal, state, or local procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and government spending data.
