Executive Customer Operations South

About the role

The Executive Customer Operations South will lead business operations for PTCL Group in the Quetta Sariab area. The role focuses on accelerating fiber deployment, driving Flash Fiber sales and migrations, and improving team performance through motivation, training, and efficient resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize areas for new fiber deployment.
• Drive aggressive Flash Fiber sales, migrations, and resource optimisation.
• Motivate and engage teams; organise technical and soft‑skill training programmes.
• Conduct monthly SM/BM/ABM meetings to assess progress.
• Maintain 100% GIS accuracy and subscriber mapping at DC and DP levels.
• Lead awareness sessions on hazardous networks and ensure network safety.
• Oversee fault rectification, registration control, and meet MTTR targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecom operations or project management.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience implementing service standards in a telecommunications environment.
