About the role

One Stop BPO is seeking an experienced Debt Campaign Closer to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calls to validate debt, present program details, and guide prospects through the closing process while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls related to debt validation and collection.
• Follow a scripted dialogue, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with debt‑validation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track follow‑ups, and update client information.
• Overcome objections, meet or exceed daily closing targets, and collaborate with quality‑assurance and operations teams.
• Coordinate with internal escrow and compliance functions when required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in closing debt‑validation or similar financial‑services calls.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Rawalpindi and follow strict scripts and regulatory guidelines.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on achieving performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for call tracking and documentation.
