Facility & Receivables Manager

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a Facility & Receivables Manager to ensure the smooth operation of its Lahore office while overseeing the collection of outstanding payments from clients and partners. The role blends facilities oversight with credit control, requiring strong coordination with vendors, internal teams, and debtors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office upkeep, including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and repairs.
• Manage vendor, contractor and service‑provider relationships, negotiate contracts and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and monitor facility budgets.
• Handle utility bills, lease agreements and renewals.
• Track and follow up on outstanding client, agent and partner payments.
• Prepare aging reports, update finance leadership and coordinate billing dispute resolution.
• Develop and enforce credit control policies to reduce overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate invoicing, payment and receivable ledger records.
• Escalate long‑overdue accounts and work with legal or recovery teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with exposure to both facility operations and accounts receivable/collections.
• Strong negotiation abilities with vendors and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
