FE Closer – Customer Deal Closure Specialist

About the role

The FE Closer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad, responsible for managing the final stages of customer interactions and successfully closing deals. You will work closely with potential and existing clients, understand their requirements, present appropriate service solutions and guide them through the closing process while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and existing clients to assess needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Guide customers through the entire closing process, including escrow handling and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely delivery of services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, outcomes and closure metrics.
• Meet defined closure targets and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of customer engagement practices.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Proven experience in converting qualified leads into successful agreements.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with escrow processes and related compliance documentation.
• Prior experience in sales, contact‑center or customer‑engagement roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced on‑site environment and manage multiple interactions.
• High school diploma minimum; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
