Finance Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to join a leading technology company on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will apply your finance expertise to evaluate and improve AI model performance on finance‑related tasks, without needing prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance‑related tasks and identify performance gaps.
• Develop structured rubrics and assessments for specialized areas such as deal analysis and M&A assessments.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to design training methods and evaluation strategies.
• Create benchmarks for financial model performance in investment scenarios.
• Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to refine AI system accuracy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared; CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred.
• Relevant certifications or on‑job training considered equivalent.
