About the role

This remote Finance Manager position at Trilogy focuses on preserving technical accounting expertise while leading a global finance operations team. You will balance hands‑on work with leadership, ensuring high‑quality finance deliverables and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily global finance operations and direct a team of Senior Accountants.
• Prioritize assignments based on deadlines, business impact, interdependencies, and financial exposure.
• Review finance dashboards and deliverables to confirm accuracy of invoices, payments, bank transactions, reconciliations, control accounts, revenue and expense allocations.
• Analyze errors to determine whether they stem from data issues, system configuration, accounting treatment, or process execution.
• Create evidence‑driven coaching documentation that explains errors, outlines corrective steps, and establishes preventive measures.
• Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI, large language models, and automation to eliminate manual tasks and improve speed and precision.
