About the role
The Fred Hollows Foundation is seeking a Finance Officer to join its Pakistan Country Office. This full‑time, fixed‑term position will support financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, donor requirements and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project financial records in line with IFRS, FHF policies and legal standards.
- Review partner transfer requests, verify documentation, and record transactions in Oracle Fusion.
- Assist program and partner staff with financial documentation and reporting.
- Prepare and process payments, including tax withholdings (WHT) and compliance with local tax laws.
- Handle advances, payables, accruals and monthly balance‑sheet updates.
- Reconcile monthly balances, manage petty‑cash and ensure procurement compliance.
- Support external and internal audits and contribute to monthly management accounts.
- Prepare donor reports and ensure timely submission to program teams and donors.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in finance, accounting or a similar role.
- CA‑Finalist, ACMA or ACCA qualified.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP‑based accounting systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Experience working in an international NGO environment.
