Finance & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Sperton Norway is seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator based in Pakistan to support its Norwegian operations. You will ensure financial and operational data are accurate, manage consultant timesheets and invoicing, and continuously improve related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify consultant timesheets against agreements, check mark‑ups and chase missing information.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of revenue, costs and outstanding items.
• Prepare financial and operational reports used by the Country Manager for decision‑making.
• Perform daily tasks in PowerOffice Go, the cloud accounting system (training provided).
• Communicate with consultants via email regarding hours, deadlines and documentation.
• Document, standardise and improve all routines related to finance and operations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting or business administration with a relevant degree.
• Experience with a cloud‑based accounting or ERP system and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written English, high precision and strong initiative.
• Availability to work permanently from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT (Mon‑Fri).
