FinOps Executive

About the role

We are looking for a FinOps Executive to lead end‑to‑end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining accurate financial records. The role will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support our finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and client collections.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and verify invoices accurately.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Utilise ERP systems for daily finance operations (NetSuite preferred).
• Support General Ledger accounting and VAT compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Finalist or qualified ACCA or ICMA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Good understanding of GL and VAT regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
