Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with enterprise customers, deploying and integrating AI solutions at scale. The role bridges product engineering and client operations, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of cutting‑edge models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and scale AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time to maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployed systems to aid ongoing operations.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
