Frontend Developer – Ember.js, Ember CLI, Sass/SCSS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web applications. You will work with an existing Ember.js codebase, create reusable UI components, and ensure the applications remain responsive, stable, and easy to maintain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ember.js and Ember CLI.
• Build reusable, responsive UI components with Sass/SCSS.
• Integrate front‑end code with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize performance, usability, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot complex JavaScript, UI, and API integration issues.
• Maintain and enhance legacy front‑end applications.
• Manage builds, dependencies, and assets via Ember CLI.
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and support testing.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, UX/UI, and product teams.
• Support production issues, defect resolution, and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Ember.js and Ember CLI, preferably with older versions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/SCSS.
• Experience with jQuery and RESTful API integration.
• Good understanding of Ember architecture, routing, templates, and components.
• Familiarity with Node.js‑based front‑end build environments.
• Solid debugging, performance‑optimization, and cross‑browser skills.
• Experience using Git and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities.
