Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology client on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality code that trains, optimizes, and evaluates AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct benchmark evaluations of model performance and analyze results for improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
