Full-Stack Developer – Remote (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time remote basis. You will contribute to building and refining the codebase that trains and optimises AI models, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code for AI model training and optimisation.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for ongoing enhancements.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including the creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
