Full-Stack Software Engineer, Growth

About the role

Everis is looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer focused on growth to join the Pebble language‑learning product team. You will work remotely with product, design, data and growth teams to turn opportunities into measurable releases and experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Ship changes across Pebble’s mobile app, web experiences and backend, handling design, implementation, testing, release and monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetisation and retention, turn them into focused experiments, instrument events and success metrics.
• Improve the experimentation platform – feature flags, analytics integrations, subscription and payment flows.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building, releasing and supporting production software.
• Generalist capability: depth in at least one of mobile, web or backend and production experience in another.
• Demonstrated growth impact – you have implemented, measured and iterated at least one product or funnel improvement.
• Strong foundation in APIs, data modelling, testing, debugging, release practices and production monitoring.
