Full Stack Software Engineer – PHP/Laravel

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain healthcare applications. The role focuses on developing secure, scalable solutions using PHP and Laravel while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain healthcare applications with PHP and Laravel.
• Design secure, scalable Laravel architectures and relational database schemas.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for EMR/EHR and patient‑management platforms.
• Write complex SQL queries, optimize performance, and manage migrations.
• Create responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate third‑party services and AI/ML APIs, including large language models and chatbots.
• Implement authentication, role‑based access control, and audit trails for PHI protection.
• Apply secure coding practices to guard against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and other threats.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Support deployments, production monitoring, performance tuning, and bug fixing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Proven ability to design and develop REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
