General Manager – International Moving Division (Remote)

About the role

Logicstics is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its International Moving Division. This remote senior leadership role will drive growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across sales, operations, pricing, and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of the International Moving Division, including Sales, Operations, Pricing, Sales Support, and Customer Service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage remote teams and department leaders.
• Establish KPIs, performance standards, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Improve sales processes, close rates, workflows, and overall customer experience.
• Review and optimise pricing strategies to ensure competitive, commercially sound quotes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Handle complex and escalated customer situations professionally.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs across the division.
• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate directly with ownership on growth initiatives, technology implementation, hiring, and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience within an international moving company or household goods relocation division.
• Proven ability to lead remote, multi‑functional teams and drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working directly with senior leadership.
