Growth Business Development Manager – Pakistan

About the role

BingX is seeking a Growth Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Pakistan. You will drive partnership initiatives, work with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and crypto projects, and help shape market entry strategies for our AI‑driven crypto platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans targeting the Pakistani market.
• Identify, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOLs and crypto projects.
• Support KOLs and design special campaigns to boost their trading volume.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in channel or market development.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
