Growth Lead – Account Management & Commercial Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Lead to direct, mentor, and elevate a team of Account Managers, driving commercial growth and operational excellence across our partner portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of Account Managers, ensuring alignment with performance targets and operational excellence.
• Drive commercial growth by optimizing partner performance, unlocking new revenue streams, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to evaluate portfolio performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and make strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, analyze upcoming needs, and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
• Prepare and communicate regular reports on commercial, operational, product mix, and marketing metrics to stakeholders.
• Forecast and track sales results, quarterly outcomes, and annual forecasts.
• Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co‑branding activities.
• Support cross‑functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Process‑oriented and data‑driven mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of the internet and e‑commerce sector.
• Proactive attitude with ability to lead independent projects.
• Capability to perform root‑cause analysis and build process flows.
• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to procedural steps.
• Experience managing a team.
