Growth Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. This full‑time remote position focuses on driving user acquisition, retention and monetisation through data‑driven strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention and revenue.
• Analyse platform metrics and user behaviour to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing and engineering teams to launch and iterate growth experiments.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimise spend across digital channels.
• Track key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management skills and capacity to prioritise multiple initiatives.
