About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead scalable growth initiatives for a global leader in software development and IT services. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies that boost user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch and iterate growth experiments.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels and continuously optimize spend.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills and capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives.
