About the role
The Growth Training Associate will deliver training and education to Hyly.AI’s client teams, foster strong relationships, and drive product adoption. Working fully remote, the associate will also host Townhalls and keep communication channels open to ensure successful implementation of Hyly’s services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engaging training sessions that keep users excited and attentive.
- Maintain ongoing communication with users to build confidence and ensure successful tool usage.
- Build relationships with property teams to increase Hyly retention at the user level.
- Develop deep product knowledge and translate technical workflows into simple, relatable explanations.
- Host Townhalls and act as a liaison between teams and product services.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client training or product demos.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for creating engaging outreach.
- Demonstrated inclination to build and maintain strong relationships.
